Terms of Use
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
The short version
- The Empty Table Report is a free tool that scores a restaurant’s public online presence and shows what to fix first.
- The numbers in the report — including any revenue figures — are estimates built from public data, meant to help you prioritize. They are not guarantees, appraisals, or financial advice.
- Use it for your own restaurant, like a normal human. Automated scraping and abuse aren’t allowed.
1. The service
The Empty Table Report (the “Service”) is operated by Fully Reserved ([YOUR LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]). It analyzes publicly available information about a restaurant — its Google Business listing and public website — and produces a free report with findings and suggested fixes, delivered by email.
2. Who it’s for
The Service is intended for restaurant owners, operators, and staff requesting a report about a restaurant they’re involved with. You must be at least 18 and using it in a business capacity.
3. About the report
- The report reflects public data at the moment it was generated. Listings and websites change; the report doesn’t update itself.
- Revenue and impact figures are illustrative estimates derived from industry benchmarks and public signals. Actual results depend on many factors we can’t see. Nothing in the report is financial, legal, or professional advice.
- Third-party data (including Google’s) may be incomplete or out of date. We don’t control it and can’t warrant its accuracy.
4. Fair use
- One report exists per restaurant; repeat requests receive the same report. The Service applies reasonable limits to keep a free tool free.
- No automated access, scraping, or bulk requests.
- Don’t request reports to harass a business or misrepresent who you are.
- We may decline, limit, or hand any request over to a human review.
5. Report links and emails
Your report link is personal to you and expires. Transactional emails (your report, link reminders) are part of the Service; marketing emails are sent only with your consent and always include an unsubscribe link.
6. Intellectual property
The report’s format, scoring, and branding belong to Fully Reserved. The underlying public facts about your restaurant are, of course, not ours — and your restaurant’s name and marks remain yours. You may share your own report internally; please don’t republish it as your own work.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided free, “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fully Reserved will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for business decisions made in reliance on the report. For a free service, our total liability is limited to $100 or the minimum permitted by law.
9. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms by posting the new version here with a new effective date.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
