- Everything else in your report comes from public sources — your restaurant’s Google listing and your public website.
- We never sell your information. Ever.
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To delete your data entirely, email us — it’s one message.
Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us: your first name, email address, your role at the business, the restaurant you select, and (optionally) an Instagram handle.
If you join the waiting list on this website, we collect only the email address you enter, and use it to tell you when we launch and to send occasional tips from Fully Reserved. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
Information collected automatically: when you submit the request form we record your IP address and browser type alongside the exact consent text and time — this is our record that you asked us to email you. We also record when your report link is opened, and we use a small cookie so the page remembers you already claimed a report (it expires on its own after about two weeks). Our bot-protection service (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set its own cookie to tell humans from bots. We use no advertising trackers.
Anonymous visit counts: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they came from — a search engine or a social post, for example. It sets no cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other sites; it counts visits, not people.
Information about the restaurant (not about you): your report is built from public sources — the restaurant’s Google Business listing (ratings, review counts, hours, photo availability) and the restaurant’s own public website. This is information anyone can see; we organize and score it.
How we use it
- To build your report and email you your private link.
- To send reminders about your link before it expires.
- With your consent, to send occasional tips and offers from Fully Reserved. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent abuse of a free tool (rate limits, bot checks).
- To understand, in total, how people find and use the site, so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of service providers to run the tool and this website: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), MailerLite (email list and reminders), Google (business search and listing data), Cloudflare (bot protection, website hosting and anonymous visit counts), and Vercel (hosting for the report tool). They process data on our behalf to provide the service — we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: one click in any marketing email.
- Access or deletion: email support@fullyreserved.co from the address you used, and we’ll show you what we have or delete it.
- We keep your information until you ask us to remove it.
Children
This is a tool for business owners and staff. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
